The menu blends Polynesian influences with familiar American favorites, from Mickey Waffles and Tonga Toast to the Aloha Pork Sandwich and other island-inspired dishes.
This location also houses the refillable mug station for resort guests.

Capt. Cook’s is more compact than some resort dining areas, but it still offers a comfortable, Polynesian-themed ambience. Décor includes tropical motifs and floral accents, and seating is arranged to accommodate individuals, families, and small groups.

Highlights include Thai Coconut Meatballs, Pan-Asian Noodles with vegetables, burgers, chicken nuggets, and the Aloha Pork Sandwich. There’s also an Asian-style noodle salad and plant-based choices such as the Roasted Red Pepper & Arugula Burger.
Outdoor seating is available on a patio that overlooks the resort’s pool and volcano area, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The patio is also located near Trader Sam’s outdoor bar window for easy access to other refreshments.
